FAQ Q236: Why does Planyo ask me to make a payment if I haven't yet had actual reservations?
After the initial free month, Planyo will indeed ask you to make a payment to your account even if you haven't yet taken actual reservations and your account balance is zero. This is because planyo is based on a pre-payment model, like prepaid phone cards. You therefore must add any amount to your account so that the balance stays above zero. Once you do this, the account will be active as long as the balance stays above zero. When it drops to or below zero, an email will be sent to you informing you of the need to make another payment.
You'll therefore simply need to make a payment for any amount by clicking on the payment buttons in the My account tab in order to activate your account.
