Jetzt werden wie den Kalender erstellen. Wir benötigen zwei Definitionen: Jede Einheit die gebucht werden kann (z.B. Segelyacht, Tennisplatz, Auto, Sitzplatz im Bus, Bett im Schlafsaal, Hotelzimmer oder Termin beim Artz, Therapeut, Lehrer etc) heißt in Planyo Ressource. Alle Ressourcen von Ihnen geleitet heißen Planyo-Kalender.

5 BASIC: Ressource - Einstellungen NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Geben Sie jetzt Ressourceeinstellungen ein. Die erste wichtige Einstellung ist Annahme der Buchung AUF SEITE ZEIGEN. Das wird den ganzen Buchungsprozess bestimmen. Zeitbezogene Einstellungen ist ein anderer wichtiger Absatz wo Sie bestimmen wann und wie lange die Ressource gebucht werden kann. Mietdauer AUF SEITE ZEIGEN kann geändert sein wenn die Dauer ist entweder festgesetzt oder hängt von der Dienstleistung ab die von Kunden aus der Liste gewählt werden kann (z.B. verchiedene Sorte von Massage, jede mit eigene Dauer). Sehen Sie diese FAQ Frage für detalierte Beschreibung von diesem wichtigen Absatz. Wenn Sie sehr einfache Preise haben (pro Stunde oder pro Tag), können sie die in Einheitpreis eingeben AUF SEITE ZEIGEN. Sonnst, warten Sie bis Schritt 7 um die Preisregeln zu feststellen. Jetzt können wir Ressourcebilder hinzufügen. Es ist nicht erforderlich, es ist aber immer eine gute Idee.
...Sie haben jetzt alle Schritte von Basic Set-Up abgeschlossen. Sie können zurück zum Schritt 4 gehen um andere Ressourcen hinzuzufügen, oder schliessen Sie den ganzen Assistant ab und dann gehen Sie zurück. Der Assistant ist mit beide Methoden kompatibel. Ihre Planyosite ist jetzt operativ, Sie können die schon ausprobieren! In weitere Schritte (Additional und Advanced) können Sie viele wichtige Einstellungen feineinstellen und das ganze Buchungssystem in Ihre Website einbauen. Wenn Sie als Admin eingeloggt sind, Buchungen funktionieren nicht genauso wie für den Kunden weil die Admins müssen nicht alle Felder ausfüllen, müssen die Emailadresse nicht bestätigen etc. Loggen Sie sich zuerst aus oder anderen Browser benutzen und dann können Sie auf Buchungen als Kunde ausprobieren.

7 ADDITIONAL: Preismanager NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Lassen Sie diesen Schritt aus wenn Sie keine Preisinformation in Planyo brauchen. Der Preismanager ist alsTabelle organisiert wo für jede Ressource können Sie Regeln hinzufügen die den Endpreis ändern werden (z.B. abhängig von Zahl der Personen, Dauer, Saison etc). Die erste Reihe (Ausgangspreis) zeigt die Preise schon in Ressourceeinstellungen eingegeben. Zusätzliche Regeln werden den Ausgangspreis als Basis benutzen. 8 ADDITIONAL: Sperrungen der Ressource NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Hier können Sie definieren einmalige oder regelmessige Periode wann die Ressource nicht gebucht von Kunden werden kann. Hier sollen Sie eingeben alle Tage wann Ihre Dienstleistung nicht verfügbar ist (wegen Feiertage etc.) und Periode ausserhalb der Saison. Für Buchungen für weniger als 1 Tag können Sie auch Mittagspause oder irregulären Werkplan definieren. Wenn es schon Buchungen für diese Periode gibt, wird Planyo alle solche Buchungen ablisten und als Konflikt markieren. Es gibt auch eine Möglichkeit in der Verfügbarkeit Plan sehr schnell verfügbarkeit für jede Zeiteinheit (Viertelstunde, Stunde, Tag) checken und änder. Das wirkt genauso wie einmalige Sperrungen, ist aber schneller hinzuzufügen.

9 ADDITIONAL: Buchungsformular NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Hier können Sie das Buchungsformular entwickeln. Sie können zusätzliche Formularfelde (Fragen) hinzufügen, wie Zahl der Personen, Sitzpräferenz, oder sogar Bedingungen die Kunden lesen und akceptieren müssen um Buchung zu machen. Hier kann Sie auch die Felder wieder ordnen, Standardfelder (wie Telefonnummer oder Land) ausblenden, Ausgangswert definieren und entscheiden oder ein Feld Pflichtfeld ist oder nicht. Standardfelder (von Planyo automatisch hinzugefügt) sind in Schwarz und Ihre zusätzliche Felder sind in Grün. Sie können für jede Ressource diese Einstellungseite benutzen, oder Sie könner das allgemeine Formular benutzen. So werden alle Änderungen gleichzeitich für mehrere Ressourcen benutzt.

10 ADDITIONAL: Mit meiner Site integrieren NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Einbindung beginnt mit der Wahl zwichen zwei Integrationmethoden. Simple sendet Ihre Kunden zu planyo.ch um Buchung zu machen und ist sehr einfach zu implementieren (einfacher Link oder Codefragment). Advanced bedeutet dass das ganze Buchungssystem sich auf Ihre Website findet. Alle mögliche schritte (Verfügbarkeitsuche, Ressourceauswahl, Buchungsformular, Emailbestätigung oder Zahlung) werden auf Ihre Website gemacht und die Kunden müssen nie planyo.ch besuchen. Advanced-Integration benötigt ein bisschen mehr Aufbau, ist aber auch sehr einfach zu tun. Tatsächlich kommt Planyo mit 6 Plugins für die grösste CMS-Systeme und diese Plugins sind so einfach zu benutzen wie Standard-Integration. Wenn Ihre Website diese CMS-Systeme nicht benutzen, können Sie auch einfache Instruktionen folgen und so Planyo in Ihre Website einbauen. Integration ist als mehrere Schritte organisiert (Sie können immer zurückkehren). Im letzten Schritt können Sie Kodefragmente kopieren für solche Elemente wie Buchungslink, Kalendervorschau oder Suchformular - für beide Integrazionmethoden (Simple und Advanced). Da findet man auch Schablone (Templates) die man benutzen kann um Präsentation von Ressourcen und Suchergebnise zu personalisieren.

11 ADDITIONAL: Abonnement NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Abonnement (in 'mein Konto') ist wo Sie für die Nutzung des Planyosystems bezahlen können. Hier können Sie auch Ihre Konto verbessern bis Planyo PRO (Abo) oder PRO-COMM (Kommission). Die erste 30 Tage sind auf jedem Fall immer kostenlos. Danach bekommen Sie ein Email wenn Ihr Konto ablauft. Die Zahlungen für Planyo funktionieren wie die Guthaben die abgezogen sind wenn eine neue Rechnung erstellt wird (nie bevor den ersten 30 Tagen). Sie sollen kontrolieren dass die Guthaben ürber 0 bleiben, es ist also eine gute Idee frü zu zahlen -- die Guthaben werden auf jedem Fall nur abgezogen werden wenn die neue Rechnung erstellt wird. Die Rechnungen sind auch hier abgelistet, wie auch Buttons für Einkauf von SMS / FAX Packen (nötig wenn Sie SMS/FAX-Benachrichtungen benutzen).

12 ADVANCED: Benachrichtigungen NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Nachrichten definieren welche Planyo Nachrichten gesendet werden für verschiedene Ereignise, wer bekommt die Nachrichten und wie (Email oder SMS). Wenn Sie SMS--Nachrichten benutzen wollen, müssen Sie die (hier) zuerst kaufen. Sie können auch Nachrichten die nach der Buchung, vor Miete oder nach der Miete gesendet werden. Alle Nachrichten können völlig personalisiert werden. Sie können z.B. das Email anfangen mit Sehr geehrte Herr/Frau [Nachname], dann Ihr Logo hinzufügen, andere Informationen wie Anfangsuhrzeit, Ort, Wegbeschreibung, Telefonnummer et.c hinzufügen, oder ein Dokument in Anhang einstellen. Das kann Vertrag, Bild oder von Planyo automatisch erstellte Rechnung sein (mehr im Schritt 19). Sie können immer die Nachrichten ausprobieren wenn Sie Bearbeiten, dann Test klicken. Das wird die Nachricht an Sie senden.

13 ADVANCED: Zusätzliche Produkte NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Jetzt können Sie zusätzliche Produkte hinzufügen. Es gibt zwei Sorte von Produkte: einmalige oder periodische AUF SEITE ZEIGEN. Produkte können nur von Admin gewählt werden können oder auch von Kunde AUF SEITE ZEIGEN, die können vorausgewählt werden AUF SEITE ZEIGEN oder nicht, und können für jede Person oder ganze Buchung reserviert werden AUF SEITE ZEIGEN. Sie können auch auswählen welche Ressourcen mit dem Produkt kompatibel sind. Benutzerdefinierte Übersetzungen können für zwei Zwecke benutzt werden: um die Standard Texte von Planyo zu personalisieren oder um Ihren Inhalt in anderen Sprachen zu übersetzen. Im ersten Fall, können Sie diese Seite benutzen um ALLE Texte/Wörter von Kunden gesehen zu ändern. Das kann sehr nutzbar sein wenn allgemeine Wörter wie Ressource benutzt werden. Das soll normalerweise Auto, Sitzplatz, Fahrrad oder etwas anders heißen. Dass können Sie im letzen Schritt von dieser Seite tun. Dann in Suche geben Sie z.B. Ressource ein. Das wird alle Texte ablisten die dieses Wort enthalten. Wenn Sie den Inhalt in anderen Sprachen übersetzen wollen, können Sie es im zweiten Schritt tun. Klicken Sie einfach auf der Zielsprache.

Wenn Sie mehrere Mitarbeiter haben die Ihre Ressourcen administrieren sollen, können Sie Ihnen Zugriff zu Ihren Ressourcen geben. Sie können auch entscheiden keine eigene zu benutzen und einfach Informationen eingeben wie Steuernummer, Logo, Text oben und unten. So haben Sie auch individualisierte Rechnungen ohne Komplexität.

20 ADVANCED: Google Calendar & Docs / iCal feed NEUEN KALENDER HINZUFüGEN
Es gibt zwei möglichkeiten um den Plan zu exportieren. Sie können iCal-Feeds benutzen (hier) -- so bekommen Sie individuelle Internetadresse für jede Ressource oder ganzen Kalender. iCal-Feeds werden von viele Programme benutzt wie Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Outlook etc. Wenn Sie Google Apps oder Google Calendar benutzen ist es wahrscheinlich besser stattdessen Direktanschluss zu Ihrem Google Konto erlauben. So werden neue Buchungen sofort in Ihrem Google Kalender erscheinen (Google aktualisiert iCal-Feeds nur alle 4-6 Stunden). Anderer Vorteil ist dass dabei die Berichte an Ihrem Google Docs Konto gesendet werden können.
Gratulation! Sie haben alle Schritte von Set-Up abgeschlossen und Sie wissen jetzt wie alle Aspekte von Planyo Kalender individualisiert werden können. Wenn irgendwelche Funktionalität Ihnen fehlt, sehen Sie die Hilfe, vor allem API und personalisierte Preise -- damit kann man alle Sorte von Buchungen modellieren und mit dem Rest Ihrer IT Lösung verbinen.

2012/01/06 We've added a new interesting rule to the pricing manager, called 'Daily pricing'. This new rule lets you set pricing for every individual day or week of the year on a calendar. This is especially useful if you change last-minute pricing on daily basis.
2012/01/04 New great usability enhancement: clever search. This is the search box visible on every page of planyo. It lets you search for a number of things, such as reservation id, customer name or email address, resource name, reservations starting in specific date ranges, availability for given day or month etc. You can for example enter Friday, 2012-03-01, av January or last December into the search box. Using this search box also searches in planyo documentation. Type Help into the search box to find out more.
2011/12/22 The backend gets a new menu navigation with more of the functions which can be accessed directly from every page! The resources get their own top-level menu.
2011/12/22 There is now a new template for the search functionality: 'no matching results code'. This template is displayed when there are no results found. You can use it to either display the availability calendar to the customer, or even retry the search with less restrictive criteria or with a wider range of dates or a different search mode (e.g. search for shorter periods within the searched dates).
2011/12/13 You can now add QR (Quick Response) 2D bar-codes to emails, invoices and advanced integration screens generated by Planyo. See the $(2dcode...) tags in Q221 for more details.
2011/12/12 We have a great new way for your customers to see when they can make a reservation. This is an alternative to the search functionality which requires form submission with specific dates, or to a calendar preview which may be complex depending on your specific model. The new mode is called upcoming availability and is available in both simple integration and advanced integration (only with the latest versions of the plugins (v1.9). You can see this in action here. The new mode can be used as a new entry point for your customers for last-minute reservations. You can include any of your custom resource properties as the search criteria (just as for the search mode).
2011/12/09 Custom email notifications can now be previewed/tested for any existing reservation ID, and not only for the last one in the system.
