FAQ Q386: Why doesn't the search doesn't find all available resources?

There are a number of reasons why the frontend search may not add a resource to the results even if it's available. Some of the common reasons include:
- general resource restrictions such as min. time between reservation and rental, or min/max rental time
- restrictions set in seasonal setting not compatible with the search dates chosen
- any other custom restrictions set in pricing manager (see Q347)
- restrictions set in an external pricing script (see Q137 or unavailability script (see Q177)
If you can't easily find the reason, you can submit your search form and then enter the debug mode by adding the parameter
&ppp_debug_mode=1 to the url of the search results page, whether running the search in simple integration (on planyo.com) or in advanced integration (on your website). This will show you extra information for the unavailable resources.
